This is your opportunity to help a Cape Cod high school graduate attend Cape Cod Community College and achieve future success through further education.  Cape Cod Community College is the gateway to a new life of learning and empowerment, new careers, and new opportunities. The profile of an Advocate for a Community College Education:

• Shares the vision of higher education for all students.
• Wants to be involved in fundraising, scholarship application, mentoring, grant writing, consulting, or serving on a committee.
• Must undergo a CORI check.

Here are 5 critical reasons to support ACCE:

1. We award scholarships to Cape high school students to attend Cape Cod Community College, keeping Cape students on the Cape.
2. We award scholarships to needy students who have demonstrated progress and have shown a track record of working or volunteerism.
3. We assign two mentors to each award recipient to monitor their progress, ensuring a better chance of success.
4. We award about 40% of the total cost of a Cape Cod Community College education, therefore making it possible for award recipients to afford a college education.
5. We have no payroll and all net funds raised from fundraising events go directly to our scholarship students
